How to Exercise Your Mind

Reading Time: 2 minutes

This week we are talking about your mind. So I thought it would be good to find a video that talked about way you can actually exercise your brain.

The first is what I have been saying. That is read. Reading provides several advantages for your brain. Reading improves brain functions. It also improves your imagination, which is important to you and your path to growing. Reading also increases your theory work, while reducing stress. Reading is also perfect foe increasing your memory and allows your to focus better.

Learn something new is another way you can exercise your brain. The change up of habits causes your brain to focus on the new task and lay out new pathways. With these new pathways you have faster processing in your mind. While also again improving your memory.

Sleep, get some good sleep in the 8-10 hour range. Sleep solidifies your memories so that you are able to recall things better. It also allows your brain to rid itself of toxins which again helps with brain functions and memory.

Exercise, it’s not just good for your body but it is good for the brain too. The increase of oxygenated blood flows to your brain more often. The exercise also helps stimulate the brain and allows your brain to release helpful chemicals to your mind and with the improved blood flow your blood vessels are also getting better.

Eat right, this is because many fruits and vegetables have the needed vitamins and minerals your brain need to stay healthy.

Change it up. If you always take the same route to work then go a different way. This forces your brain to get out of automatic mode and pay attention to what and where you are going.

Socialize, yeah I know your introverts are running away now. Yet don’t this helps your brain by again changing things up and puts you in new situations that helps your brain to get stronger.
