- Create goals- This will put your power back in your control
- Find away to give to others
- Write in your gratitude journal- oh the classic gratitude list. Does more good than you can imagine.
- Find closer in past hurts
- Own your dirt. – That responsibility for your actions. This shows you still have your own power.
