Using a Bullet Journal

There are many different types of journals around. There are the types that you use to just document your day. Then there are those that are meant to help you become more productive and clear out the distracting thoughts that could be lingering from the day before.

One way you can make a journal is with a bullet journal. They call it a Bullet journal because of its use of bullet points. Of course, the Cancel culture will probably want to start changing the name to the dot journal but I digress

Matt expresses a few times that you can keep it light and positive. Don’t be afraid to draw pictures in your journal. If Arthur Morgan can draw in his journal then you can too.
