The Eisenhower Decision Matrix

President Eisenhower had a very unique way of making decisions on what was needing to be done what can be relegated to other times what needs to delegate to someone else and what needs to be dumped.

What is important is seldom urgent and what is urgent is seldom important

If you read “7 habits of highly effective people”, you may recognize some of the decision matrix that Stephen Covey talks about in his book.

The basic is are as Follows
