This book is not just for men but also for women. People through the ages have struggled with one huge problem and that is the dreaded Midlife Crisis. John talks about how it actually isn’t a crisis at all. Yeah, your life is almost halfway over but it really isn’t a reason to panic and suddenly try to find yourself.
