10 Ways to Lower Your Life Span

So many people are all obsessed with how to live as long as possible. Yet some people Don’t want to kill themselves but they don’t want to have an extraordinary life either. So they are on quests as to how to lower the life span of their life. Why? I don’t know but if they want to know how to shorten their life and not have a wonderful experience who am I to stop them right?

Now if you are the opposite and you want to have a full and glorious life then all you have to do is the opposite of these 10 items. Now understand if you are a dude you aren’t going to live as long. So we are just genetically designed to pass before the woman. So if you want longer can’t help ya there, and don’t think that the whole woke idea of tucking your equipment between your legs is going to help. Calling yourself a girl doesn’t counter the fact you are going to die sooner. You see nature still knows you are a guy even if you are trying to act like a girl.

So what are some other ways to shorten your life span?

Negative Thoughts affect your lifespan

Positive people live longer. So if you want your life to end around 7.5 years earlier you can stop with the positive affirmations. Stop looking at the bright side of everything. Have more negative thoughts. In fact, start looking to Eeyore as your spirit animal. Know that Murphy is your best friend and start raining on everyone’s parade.

Those negative thoughts are powerful reasons and they keep you down. They make sure you stay the victim and you are always running in scarcity mode. You won’t have to worry about winning or finding success because you will always make sure you keep yourself from achieving any goal. That’s because you won’t have any goals. You will allow yourself to be depressed and you will whine about it all the time.

The negative thoughts will eventually become second nature as you just mope around. People will eventually stop coming to see you so you will be able to also reach a few of these other objectives at the same time.

Dont Marry to have a shorter lifespan

Oh, to commit yourself to another person is such a glorious day. Yet if you want to decrease your life by a good 2 years then don’t get married. Having a significant other allows for your mind to be stretched and you will not always see eye to eye. That is one of the big reasons you live longer. When you are married, you have someone who will push you to be better, and if you are shortening your life then you want to make sure you are set in your ways.

Yeah, many times a wife will nag and bug us to get stuff done. That is a huge interruption to our personal world destruction. the Movement and purpose do the opposite of what we are wanting to do. If you want to die earlier then you will want to make sure you do not marry someone. God help you if you do have kids because they will add more to your life. It makes it richer and more vibrant too. So don’t have kids either.

You see being committed to another person is a purpose in life. It isn’t the full purpose but one of many small purposes you will have. That is why most men when their wives die before them only live about 3-5 years longer before they die. Men are happier and more fulfilled when they have a wife. Since we don’t want that I suggest you turn to the death cults of Redpills and MGTOW they can’t stand being married.

Families increase your life span

Sit down all-day

You know that pump you have in the middle of your chest? yeah apparently that thing is a muscle and it does better when it gets worked over from time to time. So you want to make sure you are as sedentary as possible each day. Don’t go out for a walk. Don’t go out and exercise in any way, especially aerobic exercises. Your sitting still also allows for capillaries to become restricted and this increases your blood pressure.

So make sure you stay well under the recommended 150 minutes of exercise each week. If you do that you will be able to decrease your life by another 7 years. This is because the more you sit the more inflamed your joints and other tissue in your body becomes. You also get less sleep when you are sitting still. your blood isn’t getting pumped around your body nearly as much you will also see a good deal of cognitive decline. So you will get the opportunity to experience dementia along with a heart attack.

Don’t have a Pet

Mans best friend is great if you want to live. Dogs and cats add around 2 years to your life. The reasons are just as numerous as with a wife. You have a reason to stay alive. YOu have to feed these critters and also take them out for a walk so they have a full life too.

Pets also are a form of companionship. So they push you in their own way to get out and be in nature. You get fresh air instead of the polluted air in your house. Pets just mess up all your plans of being able to die earlier than you would normally.

Smoke

See there are some good things that come out of our past. If you want to be able to die satisfied that you did all you can then smoke, and I don’t mean just tobacco either. Take all those partially oxygenated carbon particles into your lungs. That means marijuana, vaping, and other illicit drugs. All these decrease your life expectancy. Smoking tobacco shaves a good 10 years off of your life. And sorry Hippies that resin you are bringing into your lungs is like the tar from smoking tobacco so nowhere near as healthy as you want to believe.

So that is good news You will die earlier and you will be satisfied and stoned!

Become a Hermit for a shorter lifespan

Isolation is the key to shortening your life span. That is why you do want to have a wife, and why you don’t want pets. You also don’t want to have other people like friends or co-workers. So yeah you will be broke and might even starve to death. With you wanting to shorten your life span, that is a plus in your book, right?

Yeah, Being a hermit allows you to be gripped with all types of unpleasant emotional experiences. Like anxiety and depression. All said and done when you isolate yourself from others you cut your life span by a whopping 15 years! You won’t have to worry about anybody because you won’t be around anybody. Isolation in extended terms allows your mind to form many possible mental illnesses.

Be Unhygienic

Now this accomplishes a lot. One you will stink so you will drive everyone else away. You won’t have to talk to anyone because your breath will peel paint off the door jam. It also provides opportunities for other diseases to enter your system. From immune-crippling fungus infections to parasites, you get more inflammation in your body when you don’t brush your teeth wash your hair, or scrub your body.

When you are unhygienic you actually cut 10 years off of your life. So yeah If you don’t want people to come around and become as dirty as possible and with the isolation and the lack of hygiene, you can cut a cool 20 years off your life.

Avoid the Doctor

There are many different illnesses that you can have that won’t give you a sign that they are around until it is too late. From heart disease, and diabetes, to colon and prostate cancer. Yeah, all of these can be fatal and are often the results of other life-shorting events like smoking and lack of hygiene.

You see when you have a doctor in your town your expectancy goes up. You don’t even have to see them just having more doctors in your community extends life. So make sure you are living in a place that doesn’t; have any doctors.

Drink excessively or not at all

Now if you are a moderate drinker or someone who just has a drink from time to time you will add a year to your life. While teetotalers and alcoholics will lose that year.

Don’t have a purpose

Now the one thing that seems to hold death back is the sense of purpose in a man. We have seen men who work tirelessly all their life only to die 2 years after leaving their job. Why? because they didn’t have a sense of purpose anymore. The same goes for when a man loses his wife. So if you want to die earlier than anyone else without actually killing yourself then don’t try to have a sense of purpose.

Don’t go looking for it. If you find a sense of purpose you start to become happier and more fulfilled. Your mental state becomes better all around. You see when you have a pour pse your life becomes great and hopefully. You developed a sense of gratitude and love for those around you. People start coming around and seeking your out when you have a sense of purpose. So by all means do not have a sense of purpose or you may come close to living forever.
