Talking about Laws of attractions and how your thoughts affect your emotions. Why do you feel down as much as you do? Well most of us do so because we don’t pay attention to the roughly 60,000 thoughts we have each day. Now many thoughts are not important they are you driving to work or washing the dishes.

Yet there are important thoughts that we have that cause us to generate different emotions. So if you want to have a different outlook on life it is good if you can take your thoughts and re-frame them.
